Our Direct Support Professionals (DSP) is our front line care giving position. They
provide support and supervision to our clients, with the goal of helping them to live safe
and productive lives.
Lead Direct Support Professional (DSP) supervise the day to day operations of 1-2 group homes. The Lead DSP is responsible for staff training and scheduling, managing client finance and medical appointments.
Program Directors supervise up to six programs and are responsible for the safe and
effective operation of each site, including staff and client management. The Program
Director ensures compliance with external and internal policies and provides clinical
recommendations to client teams.

What is the starting pay for an entry-level Resident Counselor position?
Starting pay begins at $14 per hour with annual merit increases.
