Direct Support Professional:

Locations of Openings: Minneapolis, St. Paul

The Direct Support Professional (DSP) is our entry level, care giving position. The DSP
will provide support and guidance to our clients in most areas of their lives, including
independent living skills and social skills. It is an extremely rewarding position that directly
impacts the lives of the clients we serve.

No experience necessary – we will train energetic, bright individuals.

The following shifts/positions are currently available:
Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm
Mon-Fri 3pm-11pm
Mon-Fri 5pm-11pm
Sat-Sun 8:30am-11pm
Wed-Sat 11pm-8:30am
Sun-Tues 11pm-8:30am

  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record is required for some positions.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalency.
  • Must be able to pass a DHS Background Study.

POSITION DESCRIPTION –REGISTERED NURSE:

Locations of Openings: Minneapolis, St. Paul

We are looking for an initial part time or full time RN to work with a new Comprehensive home care agency doing HOUSING WITH SERVICES (HWS) in Minneapolis and St Paul. The responsibilities include prospective client assessment to determine if this would be an appropriate setting. There are 4 homes built 2018 each having room for 5 clients. apply online. Responsibilities:

  • Initial assessment and setting up the care plan
  • Coordination with PMP and case managers
  • Ongoing reassessments
  • Medication management
  • Staff orientation and training
  • Staff supervision
